Check-in was a bit frustrating due to understaffed reception, taking around 40 minutes. The AC struggled to cool the room, especially during the hot July days. However, I appreciated the hotel's great location, which made running errands and visiting attractions very easy. Overall, the sights of Dubai, including the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, were definitely highlights of the trip.

Check-in took an eternity due to understaffing!!! The air conditioning throughout the hotel, including common areas, left much to be desired in the sweltering heat of summer. Rooms could use better bedding arrangements!!!

Epic Food and Chill Vibes!

Had a fantastic time with my family. The food blew me away! Loved the biryani and chocolate fondant. Staff like Wanrie and Era were super friendly, making us feel right at home. Just wish the pool area had more seating. it got a bit crowded. Overall, an amazing stay filled with great memories!

We had an exceptional stay for 4 nights, enjoying the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa from our room and the delicious breakfast buffet, which we got a discount for! The spa offered perfect relaxation with a wonderful massage and a serene swim in the rooftop pool. The only small hiccup was the noise from the hallway, but it didn't dampen our amazing experience at all! 🌟

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool. On my first visit, the staff provided local tips I still remember. The service is always exceptional. Bayu was especially helpful during my last stay. I’m coming back for my next trip!

Every morning started with a variety of delicious breakfast options, and the staff always made us feel like family. Our cozy king room provided a great view to enjoy.

However, the location was a bit tricky for taxis, as some drivers struggled to find the hotel. It took some time navigating around, especially on busier days.
